Meditation Nights
Meditation Nights are monthly gatherings for deep self-care, stillness, and spiritual growth. Through guided meditation, breathwork, and reflection, you’ll cultivate inner peace, expand awareness, and connect with a supportive community. As summer softens and autumn gently arrives, you’re invited to pause, exhale, and return to yourself.
The Returning is an intimate, women-only beachside day retreat created for burnt-out mums, spiritually awakened women, and those standing at a quiet crossroads. It’s a sacred space to lay down what you’ve been carrying, to rest without guilt, and to reconnect with your own natural rhythm.
We’ll begin at dawn with a sacred ocean ritual, followed by meditation, journalling, Quantum Healing, sound bowls, nourishing food, spacious beach time, and a soulful sharing circle. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. You are simply held.

We're located within the Gold Coast Health and Wellness Centre, Helensvale 4212. Most of our events are held in-person at our
