Soul Academy Society Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Soul Academy ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the individual enrolling in the Soul Academy Society Membership ("Member", "you", or "your"). By enrolling, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Overview

The Soul Academy Society Membership ("Membership") provides access to online learning resources, including courses, workbooks, meditations, and an exclusive online community

2. Payment Terms & Commitmen

  • The Membership requires a minimum commitment of 12 months.

  • Membership fees are billed monthly via direct debit and will continue beyond the 12-month term unless you notify us in writing to cancel.

  • Payments are non-refundable, including any past or unused payments.

  • If a payment fails, you will be notified and must rectify the issue promptly.

  • If non-payment continues for 14 days, we reserve the right to terminate your Membership.

3. Membership Inclusions & Content Release

  • Your Membership grants access to an online learning platform containing digital resources, including courses, meditations, and workbooks.

  • New content will be added at least once per month, with additional resources at our discretion.

  • You are granted personal use only of these materials. Sharing, redistributing, or repurposing content without our written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Online Community & Behaviour Policy

  • As a Member, you are invited to join the private Soul Academy Society Facebook group. By participating, you acknowledge:

  • Although the group is private, Facebook is a third-party platform, and privacy cannot be guaranteed.

  • We are not affiliated with Facebook and are not responsible for data collection or privacy policies related to the platform.

  • Respectful conduct is required at all times. This includes:

  • Respecting the privacy of others.

  • Maintaining positive energy within the group.

  • Not giving unsolicited advice to other Members.

  • Not sending private messages (PMs) to other Members without prior permission.

  • Not sharing any content from the group or Membership portal without our written consent.

  • We reserve the right to remove any Member who breaches this behaviour policy.

5. Platform & Technology Disclaimer

  • Our Membership content is hosted on a third-party learning platform.

  • We are not responsible for technical disruptions, outages, or data loss caused by external service providers.

  • By using the platform, you accept any risks associated with digital learning technology.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

  • The Membership is for educational and personal development purposes only.

  • We do not guarantee any specific personal, business, or spiritual outcomes.

  • Our guidance is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice. You should seek appropriate professional support if required.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from your participation in the Membership.

7. Cancellation & Termination

  • To cancel, you must email [email protected] with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Membership will continue beyond the initial 12-month term unless you provide cancellation notice.

  • No refunds will be provided for any past payments.

  • We reserve the right to terminate your Membership for non-payment or breach of this Agreement.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All Membership content, including courses, workbooks, and meditations, remains the intellectual property of Soul Academy.

  • Content is for personal use only and must not be shared, resold, or repurposed without our express written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Any disputes will first be addressed through mediation.

  • If mediation does not resolve the matter, disputes will be handled in the Federal Court of Australia.

Soul Academy Business Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Soul Academy ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the individual or entity engaging with our services ("Client", "you", or "your"). By purchasing, booking, or participating in any of our offerings, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Covered

This Agreement applies to all Soul Academy services, including but not limited to:

  • 1:1 coaching services

  • Group coaching programs

  • Membership programs

  • Online workshops, courses, and seminars

  • In-person events, retreats, and workshops

  • Private and public online community spaces

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full for all services and events unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.

  • Payment plans may be available at our discretion and may incur additional fees.

  • Payments are processed via third-party payment systems and may be subject to transaction fees.

  • Cash and bank transfers are accepted as alternative payment methods.

  • For 1:1 coaching programs and group coaching programs, Clients commit to completing the entire program. A separate service agreement will be provided for these engagements.

  • Payments are non-refundable, including deposits and any past or unused payments.

3. Online Platform & Third-Party Risks

  • Our website and learning platform are hosted by third-party providers, and we are not responsible for downtime, data breaches, or service disruptions beyond our control.

  • We utilise third-party social media platforms (including private and public Facebook groups and other online communities). While we aim to maintain a secure space, we do not control these platforms and cannot guarantee privacy or security.

  • By engaging with our digital platforms, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with third-party technology.

4. Community & Conduct Expectations

All Clients, Members, and Participants must adhere to the following guidelines when engaging with our services, events, and online communities:

  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members and clients.

  • Maintain a positive and supportive environment in all spaces.

  • No unsolicited advice to other members or participants.

  • No private messaging (PMs) to other members without prior permission.

  • Do not share, copy, or redistribute any content from our programs, workshops, events, or community spaces without our written consent.

6. Event & Service Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations or missed sessions.

  • If we cancel an event, workshop, or session, you will be offered an alternative date or credit for future services.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for non-payment, misconduct, or failure to adhere to our policies.

  • No materials may be copied, shared, resold, or modified without our written permission.
